The company Kaolin- und Tonwerke Seilitz-Löthain is situated in the traditional Saxonian ceramic centre around the porcelain city Meissen. It has been a member of the WBB Group since 1990.

Today they are operating five kaolin and clay quarries as well as a flexible kaolin preparation plant and a central homogenisation plant.
A variety of products based on clays, raw kaolins and prepared kaolins are produced for the tile industry.

The unique kaolins which are characterized by their high plasticity, are mainly used in the tableware, electroporcelain and tiles industry, while the clays are additionally applied in the sanitaryware industry.
